In my experience, it only happens when there's over 9k ppl logged on. Maybe the scanner causes a little too much server traffic?

I think it's prety important that they fix this asap.... Considering the shiva lvl4 missions will need groups to do, but the person who accepts the mission is "group commander" (and therefore the only one with the correct bm's), surely they'd all ...

Some papercuts can be nasty... And, erm....... Oh yeah; when you hit your hand on stuff, and get stabbed underneath the fingernail, and it all gets kinda pulled off your finger. That hurts. I've got something to put in you!
